Process to Return an Item(s)
- Call us directly at 1-888-925-7669 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must have an RA#. THE RA# MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER……NO EXCEPTIONS……see instructions below
- All returned item(s) must be in a secure package, and include either a copy of your invoice or a piece of paper with your name, address, and phone number.
- Clearly print your RA number on a piece of paper securely taped the outside of the box where is visible. Ship your package through a reputable shipping company that can provide you with tracking information and insurance. It is the customers responsibility to insure the returned parts. Laurel Mountain Mustang assumes no liability for lost or damaged parts shipped by the customer.

Laurel Mountain Mustang’s Return Policy
Laurel Mountain Mustang offers a 30-day return policy on all returnable items. Returned items are eligible for Store Credit only to be used at anytime-no exceptions. Please see our non-returnable items section for exclusions. YOU MUST call us to receive an RA number prior to shipping your item(s) back to us. Any returned items received without an RA number will be refused and returned to the customer. All returns will be inspected within 7 business days of receiving the return. Once the returned item(s) is/are inspected and approved your store credit will be submitted to the financial office and placed in your file. All credits should be processed within 14 business days. To redeem or spend your store credit please call us at 1-888-925-7669 to place your order; the online store cannot access your store credit amount. Your store credit cannot be applied to Ebay sales.
All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) was shipped incorrectly or was defective. If you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item please call us directly at 1-888-925-7669 so we can take care of the problem immediately.
If the shipment is refused by the customer, all of the items will be returned to stock and you will receive a store credit for your order amount, less a 15% restocking fee and the shipping charges both ways.
If Laurel Mountain Mustang notices a frequent habit of returns from a single customer, all subsequent returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Non Returnable Items
We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT the following items as returnable.
- Books and Manuals
- All electrical items…..NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items that are not in original packaging
- Items that are missing parts
- Items that have been INSTALLED, PAINTED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY……NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items that were purchased as used, new old stock, or on clearance
- Wheels that have been mounted or that have had tires mounted on them
- Any special order item that we do not regularly stock
- Items that were damaged in shipping but not reported within the allowed time frame (Within 72 hours of delivery.)…..NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ACCEPTANCE.

Defective Parts
All issues with defective parts will be handled by Laurel Mountain Mustang for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. After the 30 day period……………….ALL DEFECTIVE PART ARE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY OR INSTORE CREDIT……..NO EXCEPTIONS
Laurel Mountain Mustang assumes no responsibility for labor costs or damage to your vehicle due to a defective part.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
Any requests to change or cancel your order must be done OVER THE TELEPHONE, no emails please. Requests sent by e-mail may not be read in time to take care of this matter.
customers who wish to cancel an order after it has already packaged, shipped or in transit are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES incurred to cancel or reschedule the shipment plus a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
please be aware that we try very hard to ship orders immediately and in most cases within a 24 hour period.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE as you will be resposible for ALL COSTS associated with restocking and/or rerouting the the shipment.
